Shipping

Enter a Shipping Address and Choose a Shipping Method
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Enter a Billing Address and Choose a Payment Method
Tell us where you would like to send your invoice. If you are billing to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the invoice is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa or a purchase. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Submit Order button. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Ground: 10% of purchase or $4.50 minimum
2nd Day: 15% of purchase or $10 minimum
Next Day: 17% of purchase or $20.00 minimum
 
How soon can I get my order?
10 to 14 working days, if the items are in stock.

Changes to Your Order and Backorders
We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. Please contact us to make a change to your backorder.

What is your return policy?
With prior approval from our Customer Service Department, you may return books for exchange or credit within 1 year of purchase. Books must not be stamped or marked in any way and must be in resaleable condition. Please enclose a letter of explanation and a copy of your invoice or pack list with the merchandise.
